GREAT RESUME WRITING TIP by Wendy Enelow
This tip is from me. When you're writing a resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, executive bio or any other document and you can't get a word or phrase to flow correctly in a sentence or a paragraph,
delete and start over. It is remarkably easier to write new copy than it is to edit and "fix" wrong
copy! Don't spend 20 minutes trying to get that sentence to work.
Simply write a new sentence in a new style or format and you'll see how much easier it is!

The simplicity of saying re-write don't fix a sentence in a resume, is brilliant. This should be emblazoned in the minds of writers as well.
Thank you for that nugget of useful wisdom.
